The holster is clipped on to the user's belt via a resizable clip on the backside.
This holster is reliable; Magnets keep the Leatherman fully in place & the box cutter is kept snug by a simple detent mechanism.
Utility blades are replaceable once worn out. All you need to do is unscrew the small fastener.
